Discovery Cove in TD9 / Tropical Storm

Had Discovery Cove booked for tomorrow for months, but with TD9 Tropical Storm due to make landfall over the next few days, and tomorrow looking a total wash out, what will DC do if we can't swim with the dolphins etc. due to the weather? Any sort of refund or compensation?

Been looking forward to this for ages, and thinking the weather may dampen the spirits and ruin it a bit?

In the event a named tropical storm or hurricane approaches Orlando, Tampa, or a guest's hometown, the parks will reschedule or refund any vacation package and/or individual park tickets booked through SeaWorld Vacations, Busch Gardens Vacations, DiscoveryCove.com, SeaWorld.com, Aquatica.com, BuschGardens.com, or the call center. The parks will not apply any cancellation or change fees for this service. For additional Discovery Cove information call 1-877-557-7404.

I am really sorry to hear that the weather is scheduled to be so foul when you visit. If the storm is as bad as they forecast it to be, I would call DC to discuss your options. Their official policy is listed above.

Thank you! Unfortunately we booked through a ticket agent back in the UK, so wouldn't be covered by their cancellation policy. Luckily TD9 isn't supposed to hit as bad until Thursday and Friday (which is when we are going to Mickeys Not-So-Scary :/) We will call DC tomorrow morning if the forecast is looking awful. Thanks again.

Thank you! Unfortunately we booked through a ticket agent back in the UK, so wouldn't be covered by their cancellation policy. Luckily TD9 isn't supposed to hit as bad until Thursday and Friday (which is when we are going to Mickeys Not-So-Scary :/) We will call DC tomorrow morning if the forecast is looking awful. Oh man, that royally stinks. Fingers crossed that the storm changes path and misses Orlando as much as possible. Try to have a good time despite the soggy weather.

The weather held out and we had a great time yesterday! It rained a couple of times, but we had a cabana, so could easily shelter. Also no thunderstorms at all until we were just leaving - they evac'd the water ways as we were walking out.
