Does anyone know if you get a gift card using your Discover cash back money, does it have an expiration date? I was thinking of getting one of the Rainforest Café gift cards, but we won't be going back to Disney for 2 years. I was afraid it might expire before then. Also how often the vendors change on the Disney gift card cash back, is Rainforest Café likely to be gone in the next 2 years or will it remain an option for a while do you think?

I have gotten them lots of times and there was no expiration date. Vendors do get removed at times. I have no idea how that is determine but the list has definitely gotten smaller over the years.

If it's a gift card then it'll have the same terms as if you bought the gift card from the vendor. So if Rainforest Cafe doesn't expire, and there's nothing specified in the T&C on the discover redemption page, then your good to go. Options do come and go so anything's possible that they may no longer offer Rainforest Cafe in 2 years. (or they may offer it and you get a better value out of it, kinda hard to tell)
