Discover Card Cashback on APs?

Discover Card is starting a new promotion for this summer. You get 5% back on gas, museums, and *theme park admission.* (You have to sign up for the promotion on their website or by calling their customer service, but it doesn't cost anything.) 5% is a lot. Has anyone used this to purchase APs? I don't see any fine print on the Discover website, so it looks as though the 5% cash back is good on any theme park tickets -- including APs!

I just called to get the details. The catch is that the cap is $400 in purchases (or $20 back) on the promotion. So you'd only get 5% back on maybe one person's ticket in the party. Unless you and a spouse have separate Discover accounts -- then you each get 5% back on your tickets. Worth considering. Beyond the $400 cap, you get 1% cashback on other purchases (same as Disney Visa).
