Discover Atlantis

Can someone explain why the Discover Atlantis shore excursion is listed as 2 to 5 hours? If you go with a tour guide it seems that it would be a set time to do the tour. Do they do the tour in 2 hours and then let you tour on your own for the remaining time?

That's exactly right. You go on a guided tour and then you are welcome to wander around some afterwards. Lots of shops, casino, aquarium, etc.
