any current incentives, discounts for the parks for Disney card holders? I heard someone mention free or discounted dining plan

Did you see the military plan? It's 5 day passes - hoppers etc - for active and retired military. The member him or herself gets it FREE and family members (and friends too if traveling in the same party) are $99. It's a great deal if you can take part in it! I don't see why you couldn't couple it with a free dining plan if one is offered. That would really make it one heck of a budget trip. Sure wish I could get that deal for DH's family when they visit later this year!!

Yes we sure did and that is how we are going to hopefully pull this off. A WDW vacation was not in the budget for 2009 but this changes things. We cannot use our DVC this year as all our points are going to a cruise in 2010 so we are just looking for budget ways to make this happen.
