Discounts, When Are They Announced?

Well with the Armed Forces discount going away (for now anyway), can anyone tell me about how far in advance they will release dates for discounts on resort rooms? We are looking at April 15th 2013, which is in one of the value seasons, so if it's like this year, there should be a discount that time of year too. When we went this year in mid-April there were discounts on rooms and free dining (probably not together though?).

I've always used the military discount so I never paid much attention to regular discounts!

And don't give up hope on military discounts just yet. The current military salute may be ending, but it is possible that Disney will have a new one to replace the current offer.

Thanks for the link, I'll go check it out! And definitely still hoping for a new military offer! A girl can dream right?!
