Discounts on Universal Passes

I looked at the Power Pass blackout dates and saw: Easter/Spring Break: April 10-14, 2006; April 15, 2006 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

So there'll be no entry into the park on the 10th?
Sorry if that's a silly question
My annual Power pass expires on the 10th so will I be able to use it that day?
Thanks

if the black out dates are from the 10th thru 14 of april, then the answer would be no.

can't use a power pass on a black out date

These makes me believe that this week is the peak week. But really from mid-March through the end of April is pretty busy.

I realize spring break is all over the page for the country...

but it sounds like Universal considers Easter Week as the week PRIOR to Easter. Thats good to know, as we're going the week after.

So, what would you wonderful experts recommend for that week, the week AFTER Easter ~ we're planning only two days the week after Easter. Should we get the Power Pass or Express Pass Plus?

Thank you so much for your help

Does anyone actually have the Coca-cola or Wendy's coupon code? I'd like to buy the tickets with the $20 discount, but I don't have the code.

I live in Northern California and some of the grocery stores out here, for example Safeway, sells discount cards to amusement parks like Disneyland and Paramount's Great America. They are a great buy and saves you money.
I was wondering if there are any stores like Safeway out in Orlando that sells those discount cards? I know Wal Mart does but is that the only one? :confused3

The best discounts are online at universalorlando.com Even those at Walmart aren't as good as what you get online.

The cheapest tickets are through timeshare presentations.

I have a question for all of you. I don't know if this is the right place to post this. I am planning on buying the 2 day park pass(which you get the 3 more days free). I know that the 2nd day is non expiring but are the 3 other days non expiring or would you have to use all 5 days at once? I am going defintely for 2 days but wanted to use the other 3 days for later. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks, Danny

danny, the 5 day ticket promo that is available now does expire.

once you use the ticket, you will have 4 more days to use it before it becomes expired.

you use the ticket on monday.
friday is the last day you can use it to get into the parks.

Can anyone confirm, still no problem using the 3-9 child ticket, which comes free with 2+3day adult ticket, for an 11 yr old? Also are these eligible for 15% off AP discount ?

Seems like this has been answered before, but just want to be sure. We just got back about a week ago and had such a great time we are thinking about taking advantage of the buy 2/get 3 free + kids free tickets. We will not be able to go before the December expiration date that is posted on the deal.
Do I remember correctly?? Did Phamton say that they would not expire?? Would they still be good in 2007 or 2008??

if i remember correctly, i do believe that was the deal.

if they haven't been used, they are non expiring.

phamton will add her thoughts to this probably.

They don't have an expiration on them and I would not hesitate to buy them for 2007. I'm not sure I would get them for 2008 though as things could change between now and then.

If i don't actually have the Wendy's coupon in my possesion for the Power Pass, but enter the correct promotion code or zip code to get the discount, will I ever be asked to present the coupon? If so, can I buy the tickets on-line and get the coupon later (before I go to the park)?

Sorry to be a pain, but I'm at work and dont have time to have a thorough read of the thread.

My lady and I are taking her kids over to Orlando on August 31st for 2 weeks. It's their second trip and we only plan on going to US, IOA and Busch - we dont much like the Disney sugar...

I'm aware of the 7 and 14 day US/IOA tickets available for approximately the cost of 2 days of admission, but I'm wondering of there is any discounted ticket available that covers Busch Gardens as well ?

We had the 5 park Flextickets on our previous trip but I dont want to go that way unless I have to this time as we wont be doing Seaworld or Wet N Wild.

Might I be better to just get the US IOA tickets then just buy 1 day passes to Busch ?

Also, does anyone know if there is a time limit by which the 7 or 14 day US/IOA tickets must be purchsed by ?

Thanks.
