Discounts on the DDP for DVC Members?

Does this ever happen? We're in the midst of doing a point rental and plan to add the DDP to our reservation at some point, but I'm just wondering if there's ever a discount on it that we'd have a chance of taking advantage of?

No discount on the paid dining plan if you rent points from a DVC member. The DVC member has to add the dining plan to your reservation at least 3 days prior to arrival. The only difference is that you do not have to buy park tickets to get the PAID dining plan. You can buy your tickets from a broker or from Disney when you arrive. Your DVC member will advise you as to when the dining has to be paid. Right now it can be paid at checkin but the policy will be changing in the future.

Actually for DDP through member service hs not been charged the higher premium rate during busy times.

I'm looking at Sept 2011, so I'm just assuming that the new $45.99/adult/day price applies for the regular DDP?
