Discounts on Disney Quest and Waterparks?

I have recently read somewhere about the discount on Disney Quest and water parks for DVC owners. Is this accurate? If so, does anyone know what this discount is, and how it works?

IIRC it's about $4 per ticket for each. You can check dvcmember.com or call Member Services for confirmation, though.
