Discounts on Dining - DVC and PAP

DVC members get discounts (mostly 10%) at many dining locations at the Disneyland Resort. I've got two trips planned for the year, so I'm considering upgrading to the PAP, which will cost about $25 more than the two sets of tickets I'm considering. I'm wondering if the increase in cost would be offset by the increase in the discount (mostly 15%) for dining. In evaluating this, I'm looking at our planned meals, but I'm not sure if every meal is included in the DVC/PAP discount. Does anyone have any experience with discounts at the following:

WoC Dining Packages
Thanksgiving buffet at PCH Grill
Celebration Round Up

If a discount is valid for the above, I've almost covered the $25 difference so the rest of my meals will be at a savings.

We're also considering tours, but the DVC discount and the PAP discount are the same.

WoC Dining Packages Yes
Thanksgiving buffet at PCH Grill Probably, not not positive. I've never done it
Celebration Round Up Yes

Don't DVC get a discount on their AP? I know WDW does. And are you taking that into consideration in your pricing?

Nope we don't. It would be nice if they did.

What? DVCmember.com shows that we get a $20 price break on the Premium Annual Pass. See . . .

"Annual Passport Savings
Disney Vacation Club Members and their immediate family (living in the same household) are eligible to receive a $20 discount on new Disneyland Resort Deluxe and Premium Annual Passports."

Or, maybe you're considering the Premier Pass. In which case, you are right, no DVC discount.

And, yes, I was taking that into consideration when pricing the PAP.

So, I had to call Disneyland Dining anyway and while I was on the phone the CM told me that ALL Disneyland restaurants offer the discount on ALL meals. Does anyone have any experiences that contradict that? I ask because he also said some stuff that I've seen contradicted on the disney website, so I dno't know what to believe!

Sorry, you are correct. I never think of the $20 discount since it is the same discount I get when renewing.
