Are there legitimate ticket brokers, like Ticket Mania in Orlando, that sell DL/DCA AP tickets at a discount? Do brokers sell the APs for Southern California residents at an additional discount, or is the So Cal resident AP rate the best discount? Thanks!

No, there aren't any additional AP discounts, other than a coupon in the San Diego Entertainment Book that gives you $10 off a Premium AP.
