Discounts for Fairfield Inn?

My top 4 are...
1. FFI - no breakfast, easy walk, very clean, has McDonalds almost in front parking lot.
2. HOJO - no breakfast, slightly further walk, better pool situation
3. Candy Cane Inn - nice and clean and has limited breakfast
4. BWPPI - clean and the closest

I had reservations at the Ramada Maingate at $99/night, which had free breakfast, but the reviews were so-so. I got the Fairfield for about $89/night with no breakfast. Since it will just be me, I figured I'd take the $10/day I saved and buy my own breakfast.

I was trying to stay at about $99/night. HoJo held no appeal since I won't be using the pool and the other 2 were priced at $129 and over.

I like Marriotts, so I'm happy.

For anyone booking through the Marriott site, not many people know this but you can buy Marriott Gift cards with an extra 10% value added to them at no cost. They are running this promo through the end of this month, but since the cards never expire you can use them for any future vacation. There is a post here that walks you through the steps so you are sure to get the extra $ applied. I ordered a $900 card on the day before Thanksgiving for my Christmas stay at the Residence & it came by regular mail on the next tuesday with $990 on it, so while they give you the option of expedited delivery, you really don't need it if your stay is a couple weeks or more away.
