DiscountOrlandoVacations and Will Call Question

Alright so I am debating whether to buy from Disney World or DiscountOrlandoVacations.com. I am leaving on March 3 for our trip and I am worried that Discount won't get the tickets here in time. If I pay the 10 dollars for FedEx it comes out to the same at buying from disney and picking them up from Will Call. Two questions:
1. Will the tickets from discountorlandovacation.com be here on time (using standard shipping)?
2. Where are Will Call locations in Disney World (and could they be sent to the hotel - we are staying at POP)?

We already booked the hotel room, so we can't "package" the room and tickets together...
