Discounted evening prices

Does DL give a discount after a certain time of day say ...4 or 5pm? I know that several theme parks will sell cheaper tickers for just the evening. We are going to be arriving on Sunday, Nov. 25 and do not want to use one of our park hopper tickets for just a few hours.

My gut feeling is that they do not offer it, but thought I would ask.

Generally, no, DLR does not offer partial day tickets. On occasion, there are conventions that offer twilight tickets to their attendees which are good for evening park hours. But you would have to know if there was a convention in town during this time that was offering them, and then figure out how to purchase them.

The only way you can get discounted evening only tickets for DL or DCA is when you attend a local conference or convention. They often have special tickets you can purchase through the conference that are good for the last 4 hours the park is open, and they cost a reduced price. I've done this several times when my AP was not current and I had the opportunity to enjoy the park for a few hours. It might be worth the cost to add another day to your parkhoppers. For instance, currently we have 5 day hoppers, and to add another day would only cost us an additional $10/person. Pretty affordable for an evening's entrance.

Thanks! That was what I thought. DH does not want to get 3 day hoppers and I am just trying to find a way to convince him. Well had to try LOL.

And, in my experience, these tickets are also only good at one park or the other and aren't hoppers. (Not that there is much time to "hop" in only four hours. )
