Discounted AP question

Just wanting to get this right.... Our adult son is living here with us for awhile. His marriage recently broke up and he hasn't found living quarters yet. His drivers license lists this address on it. Is he allowed to have the DVC discount on his annual pass even though he is not a DVC member and also not a dependent child? I don't want to order his AP and then find out he wasn't allowed the discount.

Yes, immediate family members with proof of living in the same household as the DVC owner are entitled to purchase a DVC AP.
