I received a discount card from someone, and now realize that I can't use it. (I found out about the 10% discount on another thread that didn't explain that it has to be presented in person by July 31st.) I would like to pass it along to someone who can use it since the AP holder spent her time and stamp mailing it to me and I can't use it. Anyone need one? PM me and I'll mail it to you.

Currently, I am seeing the FL resident 1st time AP price as $359. So, the 10% would be off of that price ($323.10). Did I miss another deal to get the 1st time AP for Fl residents @ 344.10 or ($302.89) after the 10%??

The prices I put in the cart include tax. This was designed to help peope who will be purchasing a ticket from a discounter and then upgrading.

How do you get the 10% on top of the DVC discount?
I thought DVC discounts were only available through MS

There is no such thing as a DVC Discount.
There are four different price structures for annual passes: Tourist, Florida Resident, DVC Member, and Charter. The special discount cards are good from 10% discount from the published price of new APs or PAPs within one of the first three structures. And if you don't know about Charter, don't worry as you are not eligible to buy one.

Just a quick question......Both my parents and I have annunal passes and live at different addresses and neither one of us recieved the Mickey Monitor.....weird right......But my question is.....If my AP is up for renewel in Nov. is this something I can take advantage of? or Is the AP activated right away? I also am a DVC member and this discount can be combined? Does anyone know how much the AP would be? Can you call member services over the phone with a code to get the deal? I am going in August and I see the deal expires in July.

the dvc price is not a discount is it considered a perk (a set price for that ticket) so the discount card can be used with a dvc ap...since the ap is not already discounted

I'm sure you know it can't be used for a renewal, but I'm not sure if it is activated right away - but I suspect so. Because you have to do it in person at a theme park window from May 1 - July 31st. It can be used with the DVC AP price.

From what I understand, you receive 1 gift card for each AP purchased with one of your pass along cards. I believe I read that the Gift Cards are to be mailed sometime in early Aug. I am waiting for one since my son purchased a new AP with one of my passalong cards. Maybe Disney is waiting until the promo is over so 1 give card will be mailed (for the total) Just a thought.
