Hi Everyone.

Evidentally, I don't have enough posts to send a PM, but I am looking for 3 passes.

Merky,

I sent you an email, can you confirm that you still have them available for us?

Thanks to our Disney friends!

Tracy and Sean
Just to clarify,
with 3 discount cards, you can buy up to 18 Annual Passes.
you would only need one to buy three APs.
:goodvibes

I just have to tell you all, last night I was talking to DH about the discount cards, and he said "Honey, do you really think you know anyone that would want to buy AP's?" like it was completely far-fetched.

I said, "yeah, actually I know tons of people on the Dis that love Disney as much as we do, and I bet some of those people want AP's!"

He looked at me like I was nuts...

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Just 2 AP Discount cards left!!!. If you need them, send a PM to me with your name and address. :tink:

Effective Today (May 1, 2009) and through July 31 there is a special offer for a 10% discount on new Annual or Premium Annual Passes. This is a referral program for current AP and PAP holders.

Type of Pass Adult AP Child AP Adult PAP Child PAP

Tourist 449.54 396.82 574.14 506.09

Florida Resident 344.10 302.89 459.12 404.49

DVC Member 353.69 312.47 454.33 400.65

These prices are for new passes only, not renewals.

I will update this as I see future questions.

Currently, I am seeing the FL resident 1st time AP price as $359. So, the 10% would be off of that price ($323.10). Did I miss another deal to get the 1st time AP for Fl residents @ 344.10 or ($302.89) after the 10%??

Thanks!

Tracy...

I believe CF included tax in these numbers...

How do you get the 10% on top of the DVC discount?
I thought DVC discounts were only available through MS:confused3

Nope...you can get the DVC price for an AP at any ticket booth or guest relations, you just need to have you member ID at the time.

You can also order vouchers online at the DVC price via the member site link, but you'll need to have you member ID when you redeem the voucher. But of course, you can't get the 10% discount on a voucher.

(and for the record, since I'm posting, I still have one discount card left...)

If you get a 10% off coupon from a current AP holder, you can receive 10% off APs purchased at WDW in person. The coupon gives 10% off up to 6 APs purchased. I have 1 of these coupons left. ( Just to let you know the person giving the coupon also gets a benefit, a 25 Disney gift card). It is a good deal, you just have to buy the AP between May 1 and July 31, 2009. A win win thing for mostly the person using the coupon. If you would like one, I can send my last one. PM me if you wish.

I guess MS should learn the rules. I just asked them this question and they said I could only get the DVC discount through MS. They could do an upgrade on a ticket to the DVC discount, but not buy a new ap with the DVC discount.

Rule of thumb...if you want to know what a ticket CM can do, ask a ticket CM. If you want to know what a Member Services CM can do, ask Member Services. If you want to know what everyone can do, ask a bus driver. ;););)

I think I am still better off with a 10 day myw ticket since I once use the pass twice.

Do you know the price of the 10% off the DVC amount to confirm my thinking?
Thanks.

I still have 1 of these passes left to give you! Just let me know and I'll mail it out right away!

From the first post:

Code:

DVC Member [B]353.69[/B] 312.47 [B]454.33[/B] 400.65[/FONT]

I'm not 100% sure of what you mean by "I once use the pass twice". If you are talking two trips, don't forget to include the no expire option in your price comparison. A 10-day, non-expiring base ticket costs $465.41 after tax - a DVC AP is much less.
