They can be purchased at any park (including water parks and TTC) Ticket Window or Guest Relations Office, or one of the GRO's in Downtown Disney. They must be purchased at WDW and cannot be purchased at a Resort.

So we can get them at Downtown Disney? That would be great, since we are staying at SSR. I thought I was going to have to go to one of the parks when we arrive.

I just got the pass in Feb. should I be calling Disney ?

We only get one per household. There were three of us here and we got the one - then daughter moved and address changed and now she gets one at her address and my husband and I get one here.

Just wondering, has anyone actully received the 10% off? I'm still waiting for the Monitor and an answer from WDW in regard to how my son and I can receive the discount refund/free gift card for his purchase of an AP on May at the MK.
