None here either. I activated our APs in November and didn't get a spring MM, so I'm not holding my breath for the summer one. I tried calling today and was able to verify that they have my correct address on file, but couldn't get any further than that.

I got mine today -- I bought my AP last October, and this is the first one I've gotten in the mail ( you know you can print out the Mickey Monitor from the passholder website, right?). It included a separate folder with four of the 10%cards. You'll probably get yours in the next couple of days.
