My favorite restaurants inside the parks are :
IOA...Confisco's for their character lunch.
Mytho's for a nice full service sit down meal. (I only had dessert here but cant wait to get back and eat here again)
Thunder Falls Terrace (In Jurassic Park)
Had breakfast one morning at Croissant Bakery

We chose not to eat in Universal and instead went to City Walk for a few meals.

City Walk...Loved Margaritaville!!

Received my 3 day tickets from Ticketmania in less than a week along with many discount coupons. Ordered online - no shipping charges promotion going on. I checked with my local AAA. AAA had better prices for the two day tickets but did not sell the three day tickets!
