My sister said she saw on the news last night that as of November 1st Disney is going to start giving discounts for people who buy tickets to gain entry to Parks starting at noon everyday. Something like a regular ticket is $105 and if you buy your ticket for a noon entry it is $79. Is this true? Or is this something that's always been around?

I hope they extend the extra extra magic hours past November 2nd but after seeing this I highly doubt it
