Has anyone ever been able to receive a discount from a CM that was not included in any GP or Pin discounts? None of the current are good for my time of my vacation so just wondering

Has anyone ever been able to receive a discount from a CM that was not included in any GP or Pin discounts? None of the current are good for my time of my vacation so just wondering

I have a friend who is using a CM discount for trip dates that are not included in any GP discounts.
