Discount deals for August

I'm ready to plan a trip for late August but the deal they had a couple of weeks ago disappeared.
Is it reasonable to hope that they will come up with a new deal for that time in the near future?
I know I can book a trip and then change it but I have to buy plane tickets and if a deal comes out
and I can't get the resort I want for the dates I already have, that may be problematic.

I think there is still a chance a room-only promotion will be released. Last year, the room-only discounts were announced in mid- to late March, so hopefully that pattern continues.

I think you may get lucky and they'll add a room only discount for August. I booked in mid May last year for August with a room only discount and I think the promo came out sometime in March.
