Discount Coming

A friend just booked a vacation for the End of April. The cast member told her to watch for a discount coming out March 1st

I also heard that a new promotion will be starting in March. I booked a vacation in June past the current promotion date. I am hoping they extend any promotion to the end of June like they did 2 years ago when I stayed at WDW.

The discount is usually always on the hotel...especially this time of year. I'd bet on that if anything.

They really should...

To be blunt...I don't ask for discounts. But as long as they continue to give them, they will increase every other price and reduce services across the board to compensate.

Discounts are temporary, those types of revenue squeezers are permenant.

When they have a discount available, I wish they would let you choose between free dining OR reduced resort fees.

We loved taking advantage of a 40% off resort fee one year. I would take that over free dining since we typically don't eat much when we are at WDW.

Sometimes there are offers not listed on the web site...you can call and ask what other offers might be available. But I don't think 40% discounts will be back for a while.

We did too and our agent told us that anything that comes in Mar 1 will be applied or adjusted to make it work. I will take discount rooms OR
Free Dining. I am not picky where I save my money.

Us too! That $1300 can make or break our trip. I'll take that any day over a room only discount

I believe if they do offer "free dinning" that the moderates will be quickService this year and only Delux will have the regular plan.
