Discount Codes and Car Rentals

For this next trip in July I am thinking that I may need a rental car. Maybe the entire week or just a couple of days. I've never rented a car there!

I've read here on the boards that there are discount codes available. How do you find them?
And does anyone know what car rental service is located at the Dolphin?
