Discount Code and Dining Plan??

I was pricing out a trip using the Visa discount and deciding on whether to do the dining plan or not. Can you book a discount package without dining and add dining later, or must you re-book a new package to add dining?

I booked a Visa pkg. and wasn't sure whether to add the dining plan- the CM said I could add it later- up to 3 days before my arrival. Just to be safe, I might add it before the Visa offer expires.
