Discount being pass holder

I was wondering as this is my first time buying annual pass holder how does the discounts work.
Planning on going to seaworld 2 days in a row. With the all day dine deal online for $35 is that flat rate for everyone or should i buy all day dine deal in park to get discount.

Same question applies to other extra upgrades listed online.
