I hope someone can answer this for me......

Me, my bf , his sis, and bro in law are going to Disney in March. We already booked our rooms through Liberty travel. I just joined the Disney club. Me and my bf are staying in one room and sis and bro are staying in another which we requested next to each other. When the disney club rates come out for 2003 can I apply these rates to my reservation and will we still be able to keep the same rooms. Also, how do I go about applying new rates. Do I call Disney club directly ???? help!!!!!!

your TA will have to do it.:D

Liberty Travel will HAVE to do it! Essentially, the Travel agents own your ressie. I just went thru this myself.

Got my TA to book CR for Me, DH, Uncle and GF. Then the Club rates came out. I called the Disney Club 800# and they said we would save over $350.00 by using the code, but that they couldn't apply it. The travel agent would have to call. So I called my agent ( a lovely man who doesn't know squat about WDW) and told him what to do. He called CRO and they told him we couldn't do this. When he called me back, I gave him the 800# for DC members. When next we spoke, I was $700.00 richer for those codes. But my agent whined about losing part of his "Commission".

So the moral of this story is "perserver"(sp). Don't give up and don't let your TA tell you any different. I let my agent do all my booking because it's easier for me, but that doesn't stop me from looking for more deals.
