Discount advertisement on Facebook

Hi everyone, I might be going crazy, but has anyone else see this new discount promotion? It is not the greatest of discounts. It was saying up to 15%, and usually has a deluxe resort shown on the ad. (Though, for my stay this year anything is better than nothing.) When I click on the add, it goes straight to the Disney Resort page of the resort advertised. There is an error message showing that the offer is not available. It does list all of the other offers that have been out for a while. It is the Disney site that it redirects to.

I was just wondering, has this been happening to anyone else?

Also, do you think that the normally released late Discounts might be released a month earlier than normal?
