Someone on another board had posted about these strollers being sold by mousesurplus.com.
They are surplus WDW strollers that were used at the Studio before the recent switch to the firm plastic strollers.
They were made for Disney by Baby Jogger and will hold up to 75 pounds. I know quite a few people had used these at WDW and might be able to give opinions. For size information, you may be able to find more at the Baby Jogger site - they still sell the City Jogger model as far as I know.
