Yes, and California Screamin as well. The RSR FP tells you it is disconnected. CS and WOC do not.

No...nothing disconnected at DL. You can have one for DCA and get one in DL right away.

Is this something that changes on a daily basis? I'm just curious if I can still expect it this summer.

I don't think it's something that changes on a daily basis, but I think it can change without notice. That being said, I doubt things will change with RSR and WoC anytime in the near future. (I honestly doubt WoC will ever be "connected" because it's more like a show voucher than a FP.)

WOC will always be disconnected since it is for a evening show vs. a ride. RSR and CS could go away at any time, but they have been disconnected for a while now.
