Disclosure info i thought was interesting

Hello. I got an advertisement in the mail today about a DVC travel show in our area. I went online and checked out some information on it, and here were some disclosures. I thought it was kind of interesting, particularly the last 2 paragraphs below. ... I just remember what we heard by DVCee on the video we saw. I also found it interesting on what it said about AKV info. Here's what it said...and the link to the site is also below.

I don't believe DVC "owns" any of the resort restaurants, so that would explain the issue with the BLT Lounge.

The spa at SSR is independently owned.

As for the AKV disclosure, I think that's just Disney's way of saying "your points get you a room, but pretty much everything outside of that room is subject to change."

the only thing pretty sure will happen is once BLT is up and going - Disney will start to rent out the lounge and observation area.

so if you want to to that - make your reservation for Sept!!!

the restuarant - guess somebody got upset that the resort restuarants were full when they wanted to eat and demand something from DVC.

this one I think is new.

I agree with that. I just remember the lounge at BLT being a "selling point", although limited on the video.
But i do understand that Disney has to cover their backs too.

Nah, the restaurant clause is because of the "The Only Reason We Purchased SSR is Because of the Adventurer's Club!!!!!" chorus when they announced the closure of PI.
