Disboards Group cruise to save $$$ ???

Has anyone ever booked a disboards grop cruise and saved $$$?
Yesterday, the TA asked if I was part of a group, because booking as a group saves money. I had to say no, but then I thought about it. We are all constantly discoverin that other disboard members are traveling when we are - wondering if anyone ever organized a Magical Gathering or a Disney Cruise so we can take advantage of discounts and group perks?

My TA had booked a group of rooms and sold them to the public at the group rate (My TA is TMFL, I know DU does this too and probably others). It saved my family of 4 appx. $800 off of the DCL price. It is certainly worth looking into. Good luck.

I've often wondered this myself. Especially after reading that there are some dis groups that get together to split the cost of an illuminations cruise and stuff.
