I always Dis at work. It's the only time I have. Ocassionally our IS team pulls audits to see how much time we spend on the internet and what sites . I may be unemployed soon if that happens .

Guilty as charged. BUT, I do minimize a lot and as soon as something comes in, I take care of it and come back to the DIS. Fortunately, I can be fast and accurate at what I do, and I'm an excellent multi-tasker.

Besides, I figure it looks better than what most of the girls do....play Solitare.

but in my defense:

1) I have yet to miss a deadline (I am a goody-goody)
2) OMG, I could be looking at way worse stuff!!!
3) Don'tcha know? Employees do more when they take "mental vacations" on occasion. Maybe not every 15 minutes, I grant you...

Count me in. But I've been here 33 years and I figure I am entitled to a little "play" time, plus I have three bosses--one is 82 and he does not work on Mondays and Fridays (and I have been with him ALL 33 years), and the other two are out at client meetings. So who am I possibly harming??? And one of the other attorneys who sits right in front of me is off to Disney tomorrow and I have to keep her posted on the latest info, don't I?
