DISaver vs. Dreams Unlimited

I'm sorry if someone has already asked this. I was going to use Dreams Unlimited for my next WDW vacation. If I join DISavers, does that mean I can't use Dreams unlimited and vice versa?

DISavers is for those who wish to plan their own vacation, but still get a rebate of some of the costs. Dreams agents assist with the planning and those trips are not eligible for the DISavers rebate. Disney Cruise Line is also ineligible for DISaver reservations, but most other cruise line packages are eligible.
