Disappointment with Creation Rewards

After working very hard to obtain points for disney dollars for my upcoming trip, I failed to receive 2 $5 disney dollars or a loss of $10.

I sent an email to CR the first time this happened. And of course they could not do anything for me. The second mailing, I did get my dollars. However, we the third mailing, I got nothing again - despite 3 weeks passing since they had processed my reward.

I told them I am seriously thinking about cancelling my membership.

Has any one ever had this problem. I do have to say, with the other rewards programs I always to my rewards in the mail without a problem. This is the ONLY site, I have had problems with.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble!! I'm no help because I always just request a Paypal payment, and have had no problems receiving those quickly. Hope you can get it figured out -- I've had problems getting points credited from them in the past, and their lack of customer service can be frustrating, I know!

I have never cashed out with creation rewards yet. I hope that there are some success stories out there. I would hate to have problems getting those valuable disney dollars!

Sorry you have had problems with CR!! I have cashed out four times with them for Disney Dollars, most recently on 3/31 for $50, and had no problems with them.

I cashed out a few months ago for $50. It was fine. I am close to cashing out again. I hope everything goes well. I know it takes a lot of time and effort to get those points. To do all of it and not get the reward would makee me upset too.

I have ALWAYS received my rewards from CR and I have been a member for years. I have redeemed over 46,000 points according to my account and much of it was for disney dollars. They are one of the most reliable programs out there.

It really stinks that you didn't receive them (especially twice!). I know how long it takes to earn the points. Have you inquired at the post office? I'm not sure much can be done since it wasn't insured or anything. Maybe the latest ones will still show up?

I have cashed out 4 or 5 times over the past 2 years and have always received my Disney Dollars fairly quickly.

I always cash out for Paypal - that way I don't have to worry about it getting lost in the mail. I just cashed out for $5 paypal last week and received it in about 4-5 days.
