We bought the remote control monorail and it broke within days of my son using it. I was so annoyed, but I didn't even think of calling to complain. I probably should have. Needless to say we were just in WDW last week and I was so tempted to buy him a different kind of monorail (he loves riding them), but quickly came to my senses and decided against it. Such a shame since some of the things they sell are really only available there. I wish they were better quality.
