It was TOO SHORT!!!!

After doing the four day in January, we did the three day now because of the $99 special. WE LOVED THE TRIP!!!

BUT - it really was too short. It was tough to get into the "rhythm of relaxation." Plus, there are so many things to do on board, that if you try to get to several, you lose that precious verandah or deck four time. (Those seats on Deck four are fabulous for reading and horizon-watching!) I hope we can go on the seven day the next time we go!

Good things on board:
- The 70's Disco night with Teesa (sp?) - hilarious!!
- Palo's (Stanislaw was a wonderful waiter and every scrap of food was delicious)
- Bonine really worked this time for myself and two teens - no queasiness at all
- Castaway Cay was perfect as always - both Serenity Bay and the family beach (spent time both places)
- snorkeling was good at both adult beach and the family beach - lot sof fish and some interesting anenomes at family beach
- upkeep of boat is impressive - railings were shellacked from the outside on this cool little moving platform - always some maintenance going on somehwere, and everything really sparkles
- Dueling Pianos with Kim and Laryy was fairly entertaining, although we liked Dino & ?? better last Jan
- watching a first run movie in the Walt Disney Theater was fun
- Although the boat was PACKED (2700, with tons of school age kids) I did not even once see objectionable behavior from kids or adults. You go, Jersey kids!
- Although the boat was PACKED, we only felt crowded at the ends of the shows as we all left the theater, and that was also the only time we would have ahd to wait for elevators (but didn't because everything is so close anyway)
- In the bars and clubs, we only had to say "no" once to waiters when asked for drinks (we don't drink much, and didn't want to spend the $$$) - never felt pressured to but something in the bars or clubs

Bad things:
- Assistant waiter gave us the whole selling spiel despite being told we weren't interested, and also pushed the shakes at dinnner the first day. Also tried to get us to order extra food - wouldn't take no for an answer. He was generally nice, if you ignored his pushiness, and our head server was EXCELLENT.
- I think Cruise Director Rick does a great job, and his ship runs REALLY WELL, but he could trim his monologues a bit, and maybe cut down on the use of qualifying phrases over and over and over again. He is informative - just a style change would be nice. Oh, yeah, he could also skip the comments after Disney Dreams - give us a moment to savor the moment after the curtain comes down.

So - A+++++ for this cruise. Can't wait to go again!

Thanks for the update, disboo, and glad you had a great time! :)
