Disappointed in cheese pretzel

Had been hearing about the jalapeno cheese filled pretzel, so got one in AK yest. and was so disappointed. It had two small areas with cheese in it, otherwise just a empty hole all through it. Still frustrated, and almost feel like taking my receipt back and telling them. Would have said something then if I had eaten it right there, but was on my way out of the park when I was eating it and noticed it. For those that have eaten one, is this the norm, or did I get a *fluke* one?

I had it only once and it was full of cheese, sorry yours was empty.

I wonder it they're made by zap a snacks. We just got a box of jalapeno cheese pretzels from a school fundraiser and the amount of cheese in them is just sad.

I got a box of those too, and they are pathetic.

The one I got in AK was loaded full of delicious cheese so it sounds like the OP got a dud. I would be disappointed, too!

I had one of those pretzels a couple of years ago, and it was great. I got one in May and it was the same as yours, almost no cheese. Glad to hear it was probably a fluke as I had more or less written them off.

Those pretzels are always great when I buy them, it seems like you got the bad one of the batch! Do try another one, I'm sure you'll understand why it's everyone's favorites snack.

OP here, after reading the responses that said they *should* actually have cheese in them instead of a hole all the way through the middle, I decided to take my receipt back and tell them about it as we were going back to AK for a while today.

I told them and they said, oh my, it should have been stuffed with cheese - LOL. They apologized and gave me one well stuffed with cheese - yummy! Glad I went back, because the other one was skinny and not very tasty

Have never done that before, but wanted to have one after I've heard how good they were, and decided that I shouldn't have to buy another one being as the first one was *defective* Am a happy, satisfied customer now

We got one last Saturday at EPCOT. It was full of cheese. Sorry you were disappointed. The ones we had were very good.

Ive had them at ak and epcot in america. Both were great. Im sure if you expressed your displeasure they would comp you a new pretzel

Glad you took it back! Reminds me, back in college a friend got a cream filled donut but it didn't have any cream in it ~ she took it back and they gave her another one!

You definitely got a fluke pretzel, how sad! DH and I had two just today from AK and they were delicious and full of cheese. I would have been heartbroken if I bit into mine and it was void of spicy melted goodness!

~That sux! That's like getting McDonald's fries with no salt or maybe a Twinkie with no filling (or so I've heard, lol) Anyway, I'm glad you went back and let Disney make it right!

The one they gave me was *full* of cheese I, too, made sure the 2nd one had cheese in it before I walked away LOL I'm happy now - it was as yummy as everyone said
