Ordered 5 pairs of jeans from AE Online on Dec. 14th. They were offering $10 off per pair. Within the next 24-48 hours, they started a 40% off sale. I called to see if they could credit my account back the difference in the new promotion and they would not do it. The price difference is $31. This would cover another pair of jeans but they won't give me any kind of credit. Most places happily adjust the prices within a certain amount of time. The order is scheduled for delivery tomorrow and I'm thinking of refusing the shipment and just getting my money back. Anyone have any experience wiith AE customer service? Should I try to call again tomorrow?
