Well, for the first time in almost 2 months of barely losing 1/2 pound a week, I'm not dreading posting my results - I lost 1.2 pounds this week! Last week I recalculated my WW points, and realized that I am supposed to get 28 but I was only eating 24. So my problem all along might have been not eating enough. (I feel like I've been through this before...) Or maybe it is just luck or not eating as much sodium or something like that. Dont know, dont care. Im just happy for a better looking number for once.
Anyway, this loss gives me a grand total of 51 pounds lost since January 2007 (hello new bling!), and an uber-grand total of 75 pounds lost since I started this crazy journey sometime in 2005. I am at my all time lowest weight of 165, which is 5.1 pounds from my Independence Day goal and only 10 pounds from my goal weight of 155!!! (Although, I try not to get too excited about that because I'll probably end up lowing that goal weight once I get there.)
