I'm doing my grocery shopping tonight. I was going to buy the refrigerated biscuit dough, but there's 200 calories in a biscuit, so I don't think it's really worth it, especially since I can eat several at a time, and those calories add up quickly.
So right now my grocery list is Lean Cuisine and diet soda, as well as Snapple water, which is new, and it's on sale and I have a coupon, so I'm going to try it. I may also buy some tubs of pudding since they are on sale for $1 each, and that really is a good buy, I'll just have to make sure to measure it when I eat it to make sure I don't overeat.
I can't believe that that's the extent of what I have on my list, besides air freshner! I went through my list and took off things I didn't really need, (like the biscuits,) that weren't good for me.
There are no produce sales this week, at least not at this store. I'll have to look at the other local store's flyer and see if I can get any good deal on fruits and veggies this week.
Since I'm talking about food, this is what I've eaten so far today, yogurt, (160 calories,) pizza, (450 calories,) and peaches, (120 calories.) All I've drinken today is water and soda, so no calories there, so 730 calories so far today total. I'll probably have a Lean Cuisine for dinner, (I do love when they are on sale for half price,) and maybe some pudding.
