That's why I don't practice criminal or family law...too, too sad.
Ok I was just thinking about this and it makes me laugh so I'll share with all of you. When we were at EPCOT on Saturday we were in China at a kiosk where they sell different flavors of frozen tea. Kind of like icetea slushies, some flavors have alcohol and some don't. SO we were waiting in line to order and the lady ahead of us asked , I kid you not..."Is the frozen tea cold?" When the lady working at the kiosk said "Yes it's frozen" the customer said "well never mind I don't want it then". She left and my DDs and I and the lady at the kiosk just couldn't stop laughing!
someone make me laugh......i'm typing a child molestation trial and the little girls (twins) just got finished testifying. i need to be distracted.....and to laugh......please! this is the part of my job that i detest.
Punkin, Uggg! I couldn't do it, but thank heavens there are people like you who do, just think you're helping these kids out! Ok, onto a funny.............
About a month ago I was at an activity with about 15 girls ages 12 to 18 from church. The girls were in the back yard playing with a huge tractor tire. 5 girls were inside the tire while several others were rolling them around. Amidst all the screams and giggling all of a sudden some one yelled "ooh, gross I just got all wet!" It turned into a giant salad spinner only it was spinning pee!!!! One of the girls laughed so hard she peed her pants and then in all the rolling it got all over the others!Luckily the girls were pretty good sports about the whole thing and we just hosed them off outside before their parents came to pick them up. One girls hair was literally soaked so this wasn't a little bit of an oops! It was a full on deluge!

i actually once had an attorney ask someone, "your relationship with john occurred before he died, correct?"
ya think???? sometimes i don't know how some people made it through law school!
Mel...I am officially old enough to be your mama. I'm sure Sandy was thinking the same thing. I agree that parents should make intentional efforts to get kids moving! Some kids are just more likely to be the kind that sit there and play video games all day and those kids should have boundaries!I was born in 1983-
Here's my email from Hungry Girl re: the fourth.i'm *so* back on the wagon after this weekend.......even for the 4th of july!!!!!!!!!!!

GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE!
It's gloomy here today and I was so hoping to go to the pool. I guess it's for the best as my house is a wreck. These kids really do a number on it when I'm at work all week.
Have a great day, everyone!
I'm so glad you're OK and you didn't have any ill effects from the procedure!Back to the Prilosec huh? Was it working?
my favorite movie of all time is steel magnolias. my favorite scene is at shelby's funeral when malynn is breaking down in tears and says she wants to hit someone til they feel as bad as her and clairee pushes weezer towards her and says, "hit this! go ahead, malynn, slap her!" then weezer says, "are you high, clairee?" i just crack up and it's even funnier because you're crying about shelby dying and then that happens. then clairee says, "you just missed the change of a lifetime...half of chiquapin parish'll give their eye-teeth to take a whack o' weezer!" I JUST LOVE FUNNY SOUTHERN WOMEN!!!!also, another one of my favorite quotes of the movie by annelle is when she says, "miss truvy, i promise that my personal tragedy will not interfere with my ability to do good hair."
