Thanks!! Unfortunately he has been in Charlotte since Sat morning. He is returning tonight so we will celebrate after work. Bad eating, here we come!! I am trying to be good all day and head to the gym at lunch to try and mitigate the damage.
I downloaded my pics from the camera today. My AKLV ones came out only allright, but I will send you a link to them once I get them up on the website. I have a ton of VWL ones as well, of the one-bedroom where we stayed, if anyone is interested? I will put a few in my trip report if/when it ever gets finished.
Hi there everybody! I would love to join this support thread as I am also trying to improve my health and lose weight by improving what I am eating and exercise. My goal is to lose the 50 pounds that I let creep on the past few years. University made me very lazy!

I love that these boards have such a supportive community to help people achieve their goals. My main difficulty is that I work odd hours at my job which throws off my eating schedule as I have no set daily routine. I am really going to try and eat regularly as I had fallen into the habit of only eating once or twice a day and then what I was eating was usually not the best of choices. I am also working on drinking my water daily! I am hoping to lose 10 pounds by the time I leave for my trip at the end of June. Wish me luck!
Welcome!!! I am back on the wagon as of yesterday, and I need to lose about 40 lbs. I don't have a weird schedule but DH does, so it does make a routine really difficult. Keep with us and the accountability will definitely help! I find it harder to stray when I know I have to come back and report it here.
I am so far off the wagon I may not be able to find the tracks but I have to.I don't want to be the only PEEP bigger than she started in September.

Total for the day, 1280. Exercise, 26 min on elliptical, weights, abs.
After my 2-week binge of badness... I have a question for the lady Peeps. Do you hurt when you eat bad? I ache all over when I go on these bad binges. Even my "girls" seem to ache and feel big and weird. I have put on a lot of weight there as well as everywhere else, and all the walking at WDW may have contributed to that (jiggle, jiggle...)
