Sadly, I am going to have to record a 2 pound gain for this week. I think the three Easter meals last weekend, combined with zero exercise due to me trying to recover from this nasty cold, got the best of me this week. But I know what I did wrong, and I know how to correct it. Now it is just a matter of doing it.

Congratulations to all of the losers, and I'm feeling your pain this week samers and gainers. Let's work doubly hard to make next week a great week!

I'm posting from beautiful Monterey, CA. The weather last night was about 45 degrees with a wind that could knock a Peep off her feet (the down side of losing weight ). We went to the aquarium yesterday and ate at Bubba Gump's last night, then played in the indoor pool and spa. The run from the pool to our room counts as exercise right?

A limerick for Utahmama, Peep of the Week:
There's a woman whose name starts with U,
Who makes muffins that cause you to
Her humor is great,
She helps us lose weight,
So, Uma, my hat's off to you!


Stayed the same again this week. I expected better, but this is AF's first REAL visit since Sept., so maybe that's part of it. I measured my hips and I've lost 1 3/4 inches. Hooray for exercise!

I've gained a pound!!!! I think the only benefits I'm getting from excercising is that my fat is a little firmer. I seriously just want to give up right now..yesterday I thought something was following me down the frozen food aisle, nope it was just the reflection of my butt in the glass.

Which waterpark? I think it would be fun to make all our summer plans around Travel Channels Top 10 Waterparks. Then another summer we could do the Top 10 Roller Coasters. That is the kind of vacation I can talk my DH into.

Yeah-I know but my DH doesn't "get" Disney. He would like to do all the waterparks. We love Cedar Point-although the last time I was there I was PG so I didn't get to ride the rides (I did do the wooden coaster-maybe that's why Jordan (DS11) is a little loopy sometimes )

Lynda I'm all packed - I grabbed the bag I keep my scrapbook stuff, its the Girl Scout in me... BE PREPARED!
