So far I have had 2 days in a row with no cheatingI just did 30+ min on my treadmill, and I plan to do that at least 4 times this week. I need to get moving and stay moving or I will never keep losing!
Hi peeps! I have a question...........why is it that when I get into excercising I end up hurting myself? My knees has been acheing a little the last couple of weeks, but today it is swollen. I almost screamed when I lifted that leg to get into the shower this morning. So now I get to hobble off to church, and all my dress shoes have heels. I'm just frustrated, because I don't want to have to stop excercising. Ok, my little pitty party is over now. I just had to tell someone who might care! My kids listen and then say, so what are you making me for lunch!

So on Thursday of last week, my supervisor was no where to be found for our weekly meeting. I decided to DIS in the computer lab and kill some time when she walks in looking like death warmed over. Well she must have had some sort of stomach virus but just had to come into work that day and spread her germies to everyone! She truly looked like heck.
Then about 30 minutes later, my therapy client, a toddler, arrives and I'm "talking" to him and mom tells me that he has a bit of a cold today. A bit? There was snot all over the place -including on me!
I washed my hands a ton and hoped that nothing stuck, but I woke up this morning with a slight sore throat. Which is my beginning stages of a cold. Great. So I'm hoping I can just take some cold meds, drink a ton of water, and sleep it away in one night. At least it is a cold and not a stomach bug.
Good morning everyone. We got back last night. Our 9.5-10 hr drive turned into 12 hours. It was a great week---weather was perfect -- only a little rain and mostly warm sunshine. We stayed at POP--ate breakfast there every morning. WE only ate at Sci Fi and Ohana's and then the rest was CS. I was a little worried about that--but none of us ate the same thing twice. I fell in love with Figaro Fries--very yummy--I had them just for lunch and nothing else. Here are all the places we ate--Pinnochio place (twice--dinner one day and lunch another), Sci FI, Tusker House, POP for breakfast every day (this got old and pricey), PIzza from POP (not bad), The LAND (will not eat here again), Mexico CS, Mc Donalds (nuggets for Illuminations), Earl, Ohana's. Tried the bakery in France and Norway. LIked the snow cones in Japan.
My mom called be on Tuesday to let me know she got the flowers I sent and congratulations. The flowers were yellow--siad the she would be even happeir if they were pink flowers. Called back later that day and told me that she already changed the flowers to pink.
Will let you know more about trip later.
So, I was taking some photos of my fur babies today, and they seemed to have a thing about sticking their tongues out at me!I just HAD to share!
awwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!! i just went into octaves only dogs can hear again! your beagle is SO CUTE!!! makes we want another one. then i remember the house breaking, chewing, waking up multiple times at night to go outside, cost of all the shots, etc. when eli (our 2-year-old) was a puppy, i came out of my office one day to find he had completely ripped up the carpet that connects to the hardwood in my foyer. i called DH crying and saying how we were gonna have to get rid of him, he's destroying my house. little did i know DH saw it as an excuse to go buy a $200 table saw and a strip of wood to cover the ripped up carpet. it actually looks pretty good. too bad he hasn't used that darn saw ever since!!!
so i was doing some dising tonight and i thought...ya know, i really need to get the peeps' opinions on my ADRs for our may anniversary trip. so let me know what you think. also, i'd appreciate any CS recommendations from AK and MK. i've already asked this same question on the restaurant board, but i think i trust the judgment of the members of this thread more than people i don't "know".![]()
thanks, guys!
sunday: arrive and check in, have lunch at the POP food court (because i can't find a CS at MGM that catches my eye), go to MGM and have dinner at sci-fi.
I never had anything at Pop that I liked - sorry. But others do like it, so maybe I just didn't try the right things. At MGM, Flatbread place had good bbq sandwiches - very big! Pizza Planet looked good too. I had the shrimp at sci fi and was not impressed. Stick to burgers. Artichoke dip was great!
monday: epcot, le cellier for lunch, downtown disney that night, eat at wolfgang puck express.
Love Le Cellier (get the mushroom filet and if you like spinach their spinach au gratin was amazing! We paid extra for it and it was worth it! I love their shrimp cocktail. I want to try WP express next time.
tuesday: animal kingdom during the day, then dinner at narcoosee's that night and check out the boardwalk after dinner.
At AK, Tusker House was great and I like Pizzafari. Sorry, I did not care for Flametree - although I loved their BBQ sauce. Narcoosees is on my list to try!
wednesday: MK all day, jump on the monorail to the poly for dinner at kona cafe, then back to MK til bedtime.
At MK, Pinocchio place is good. Cosmic Ray's was one of our favorites. Casey's is good too. Didn't care for Columbia House. Love the funnel cakes at Sleepy Hollow. Dole whips and Strawberry Swirls are a must! Loved Kona!
thursday: leave!it's okay, though. considering we don't have kids, i'm thinking 4 days should be sufficient. and i promised DH that we'd go to kennedy space center, so we're leaving WDW to do that and then spending the night at a bed & breakfast near there, then driving home on friday.

So in my shopping trip to Target this week I found this cute pair of capris on clearance. The tag said 14 but they seemed roomy so I bought them. Mind you that I am usually a good 18 these days. So I get them out and try them on today and WOW, they fit and they are super cute. So, since I am keeping them, I rip off the tags. Thats when I saw it.......
They are MATERNITY pantsNo wonder they fit me
Now to be fair, the have a tad bit of elastic on the back section, but I didnt notice that before I bought them. I am too blinded by the $5 price tag to really look them over I guess, so I didnt notice that or the maternity label. Truthfully you cant really tell once they are on that they are maternity. The good news is that they dont have that big belly panel in them, and they have an adjustable waistband inside, so maybe these can be my weight loss pants! I can just keep tightening them until I can buy a real 14!
yuk
Okay - so yesterday I went to see Josh Groban in concert...he was so good, my mom and I had a great time...definately worth the pricey tix, I will be going again...
Day 4 and Buster is still gone. I am very sad, hoping and praying that he is ok and someone will returnhim, but I am afraid that somepne snitched my baby
What? Quoting myself....so?![]()
I just didn't want to type it over again.
Does anyone remember who posted their MOTHER's RING????
I was also thinking it was jeriber who posted the mother's ring.
I'm playing catchup, but thought I would share a pic I received today of my daughter and her new puppy since Lynda was sharing pet pics today. He is still too little to come home with her, but she was visiting. She should be able to bring him home in mid-April. I'm so excited to have a grand puppy! Not sure yet, but it looks like he is a black Lab or a Lab mix. He has a little bit of white on some of toes in the close-up pic that we received.

We had kind of a rough day today - found out my hubby has shingles and I had yet anther #@&*! migraine. So receiving the e-mail with photos really brightened our day.
