Hey Guys!!!
So far we've lost nearly 26 and a half pounds! OH YA!!!!!
Today for my weight loss efforts, I'd usually be thinking subconsciously to eat a little something NOT diet-y because it's the furthest point of time till the next weigh in!
Anyone else do that?
So, that's one thing I'm working on.
Oh, and I've been taking
Hoodia for appetite and it really works!
I saw an infomercial on it but there's was to expensive, so I go pure Hoodia at
Walmart (it cant be diluted with green tea or anything else to be safe and most effective) The dose I take is 1000 mg. 1 hour before meals. And it REALLY helps with my nighttime munchies!
Has anyone else tried Hoodia? It pretty much works for me and it isn't the placebo effect.
