That is awesome. I am soooo jealous.. I need my PEEPS about right now. Anyway just a quick pop-in.. I love you all...

I wouldnt be able to make it right now if it werent for my daily check in with my PEEPS!!

Women are AWESOME!!

You are correct..MWHAHAHA!! That is the nicest name DF and I could think of for cheap-a**es!!! We are planning to buy into DVC this summer and they are going to flip out on us..saying what a waste of money, blah, blah. I think I will conveniently leave the information packet on the dining room table, with some other papers as well, to see if they notice when they come over tonight. DF says I live for controversy. He is correct. ;)

Ohhhh! Let us know what happens!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Punkin!!!! You are a riot! Dont be worried about being a thread hog! As long as your not a cookie hog....((that's all I got! my "funny" is lacking today!))

I'm cleaning like a crazed weasel becasue I'm having my very first Scentsy Candle open house. I'm burning "Sizzlin' Coconut" and my house smells just delish! Usually I burn "Sugar Cookie" or "Banana Nut Bread" but I'd need TOO much Hoodia to keep from wanting the real thing!

Does anyone else stick clutter in the master bedroom and CLOSE the door when expecting company???? The clutter of which I speak is a pile of bills/mail/crap and about 4 loads of unfolded laundry (piled HIGH on my bed!) that I should have folded last night but "dint"! :sad2:

My long lost twin!!!! We have matching bedrooms. Sometimes I stick all the paperwprk in paperbags first so the crap is easier to carry!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Spongie-Misty announced to ya "she was spending time today at my house, PM her if you were curious why". I am having a Scentsy Candle open house at my house. Our Jeriber PM'd Misty and found out the time. Jeriber was visiting her sister today in Utah and came to my candle open house! No, Misty did NOT know Jeriber was coming! (Neither one of us could EVER keep a secret!)

Isn't that SWEET?!!

BUT.....

Neither I nor Misty recognized her EVEN after she:
- introduced herself
- flashed her crown style Mother's Ring I copied and have posted on my fridge
- called her dd (:cutie: ) "Jeriber" several times durring our visit...

From the moment she walked in the door, she looked SO familiar to me!
She kept looking at me expecting one of us to recognize her.

NOPE.

I had only invited my friends and neighbors. I thought maybe I invited a new neighbor I hadn't met yet? Maybe I had cut her hair before? Maybe I new her from church? Her FACE was familiar.

STILL NOTHING...

It comes time for her to order and she said she wanted it to be directly shipped to her home...out of state. She asked me if her addy looked familiar???

NOPE.

Mind you, Jeriber is the person I mail the recipe scrapbooks to!!!!!

((Cricketts))

FINALLY, I'm thinking she wanted to SMACK me on the head, she said:

"I'm Jeriber!" (you clueless dolt!!!!!)

For a good 20-30 minutes of wondering HOW I Knew her, and ALL her BLATANT hints, The light when ON! And we hugged and squeeled (me) like highschoolers!!!!

We had a wonderful visit after I was clued! See, I am AWFUL at getting the hint!!!!!! If someone says, "Look at that lady over there...." I tackily say, "WHERE!" as I swing my head around :sad2: .

This first one is not the best of Misty (Sorry Misty!). The next one SUCKS of me so it's fair! Jeriber is cute as can be!!!!!

How cool is that????? I am so jealous! Good job Jeriber!!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Hi Everybody-I just got back from Disney last weekend, and I think I tried one of everything!I've never had so much to eat in my life.I've been having nightmares of Dole Whips and Mickey shaped rice crispy bars running after me.Can I be a disappearing peep too?:)

This is a fast moving thread...I can't access the internet at work so I only get on at night. Poor me. :guilty: So a little about myself...my b-day is 6/26/76...making me a whole 30 years old. Just to make some of you sick I do occasionally get proofed for R rated movies..nice. ;) I am a nanny..been doing it about 10 years. Getting married in 3 weeks :scared1: but more excited for the Disneymoon in June. Last August was "supposed" to be the pre-honeymoon but I talked DF into going back again. It actually didn't take much coaxing. We just got grief from the meddling future in-laws about going again. Grr...like mentioned before..they are the source of my weight gain/stress.
I used to avoid exercise by saying that riding my horse 4x's a week was enough. Until I realized that all I end up doing while I ride is gossiping and complaining with my best friend. So no, not working one single muscle. Tomorrow is the first day of the exercise plan of running/walking. Not today though. It was raining and I needed one last Jr.Double Cheeseburger Meal from Wendys. I actually have an addiction to Diet Coke but it MUST come from a fountain with ice. No 2 liters with ice added. :scared: Sorry UtahMama..I hate Pepsi. ;)
And yes, I sure do love Daniel Craig. I think he would be my one free cheat. DF would pick Jessica Alba. David Caruso is my close second. I know...gag all you want. Something about cheesy redheads that does it for me!!

:welcome: :welcome:

Wooo Hooty!!!!
yeah baby I am doing the big arm pump in the sky!!! woo hooty

Congrats on # 10,000.

Just had to quickly tell you I'm an Auntie  my DSis finally produced about 90 minutes ago to a little boy Oliver, still don't know what he weighs but Sis says he looks big  She has been in hospital since Wednesday and they kept starting her and it stopped and finally at 1am this morning (he was born at 6pm) she went into labour naturally but it was still pretty long. Anyway I can't wait to see them both tomorrow even though I've already spoken to him on the phone :rotfl2:

Congrats Aunt Jo. Guess what, my niece was born this morning at 7:11. She is so adorable with lots of black hair. She was born my C-section after her mommy didn't make any progress and stalled at 7 in dilation.

Congrats to everyone that lost this week. I stayed the same so I guess it doesn't matter that I couldn't check in yesterday.

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY ARIES!!!!!!!

Little vent... on second thought, make that a big vent with background.

Ten years ago, my dad said he'd pay for the rooms for "everybody" to go to WDW. I plan everything, get us 4 rooms at Caribbean Beach for 9 of us (me, DD, my parents, younger brother with his wife and two kids, and youngest brother). Brother with wife cancels... okay, so they were going to have another baby. Dad "uninvited" youngest brother.

Three years ago, my youngest brother and his family were supposed to go to WDW with me for Spring Break 2005. I got us an OKW Grand Villa... they back out and he and his wife go to Hawaii instead.

July 4th, 2005 younger brother tells me he wants to bring his family when I go for Thanksgiving... I get us 1 night at Coronado Springs, 3 nights in an OKW Grand Villa, and 2 nights and Caribbean Beach 'cause 4 months is not enough time to get a Grand Villa during a holiday week. I am able to snag us Thanksgiving at Liberty Tree Tavern and an Illuminations Cruise.

This past Christmas, youngest brother says to make the ressies for his family to go Christmas 2007. I get us an OKW Grand Villa for Dec 30 - Jan 5. It took 328 pts... that's over two years worth of points. Last night he calls with good news and bad news... good news, he's moving to Granbury (our home town where everybody except him lives... bad news, they're not going to WDW this year... hopefully, next year it will work out.

That's twice I went through the daily calling for a Grand Villa that he's cancelled on me... and honestly, I don't think HE'S the reason THEY keep cancelling.

At least I have a little time to figure out how to handle this... I have banked/borrowed points that will have to be used so I could change to a smaller room... OR I could rent the reservation to somebody (not my favorite choice)... OR I could recruit other folks to go with DD and me. Hunky trainer dude hasn't ever been to WDW... :rolleyes1

Too bad the Marathon Weekend is the week AFTER I leave or we could have a Grand Villa full of Peeps...

Okay... vent over... thanks for letting me express my disappointment here instead of "eating it" like I used to do.

But, hey... even if it turns out to be just me and DD... I'm spending my entire Christmas break at WDW! :dance3: :cool2: :yay: :woohoo: :cheer2:

Congrats Aunt Jo. Guess what, my niece was born this morning at 7:11. She is so adorable with lots of black hair. She was born my C-section after her mommy didn't make any progress and stalled at 7 in dilation.

Congrats to you, too Aunt Fran ('cuz Francesca is just too hard for a little kid to say)

On the subject of the quick company clean up- well, I have a large walkin closet in the master bedroom that works well and my laundry has a door but my favorite place to stuff it is the oven- great place to put those pots and pans you havent had time to wash yet!:rotfl2: Just be careful- a girl I work with used the oven to clean off the counter before showing her house when the relator showed up unexpectently- she threw in loaves of bread. Well, the next day- her son was preheating the oven to cook a pizza and you guessed it- bread in the plastic bag was still in the oven- a very gooey and stinky mess!:rotfl:

I did the major spring clean today- ceiling to floor kind= that counts for exercies right?

It almost felt like summer here today though- it was a bearutiful sunny 84 degrees- the same temp that was posted on msn for orlando-

Nite all!

Up till today, our all together total weight loss has been......

((drum roll.....))))

633.9 pounds!!!!!!

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

This # will be semi-innacurate because it only count losses, not gain backs. But Still!

Does everyone realize that our collective loss is 3 whole people??!!?!?!?! Great job everyone! Let's keep rolling and I we will lose the equivilent of a cow.

Jeriber, what a great surprise for Uma and Spongie! I was :lmao: when I read the story. I guess when things are out of context, it's harder to recognize where they belong.

I need to ask a bit of a favor from y'all. My sis is having a rough time right now. She could really use prayer. She's been in an apartment for a while and is fairly happy there but she got a notice that her rent is going up and she can't afford more rent. We've been looking for a new place for her for a week now and we haven't found anything she can afford and that isn't in bad shape. She's heartbroken and feeling like she's out of options. Peeps, please pray we can find a place where she can live with her puppy. She's had a couple of down years so every little setback is hard for her right now. I've offered to let her move back in with me but she's not thrilled about the idea because we can get on each other's nerves. She also feels she'd be disrupting our household and routines to be here again. The last few months she lived here before were rough and I'm not exactly wanting to go down that road again but I alsoo don't like seeng her in a rough spot. She owns my house so it woudn't be fair to say she can't live here; she bought the house to help us out when we were in a rough spot. I'm praying everything works out and she can get to a better place, emotionally and financially. TIA, Peeps, I know prayer works!

Good secret Jeriber :thumbsup2

Wow congratulations 2 peep nieces/nephews born on the same day :cool1:

:rotfl2: That is so something I would do :rotfl2:

Done!

HAVE A BLESSED SUNDAY, ONE AND ALL!

Good Sunday Morning to everyone. I hope that everyone is doing well today. I am about to get the boys up so they can be clean for church. Katie spent the night away. Yesterday was BEAUTIFUL here--the high was 85 I think. DH did yard work and then I cleaned the walls on the patio--they were yucky!! Then I halfway deep cleaned the house--finish the rest today. Our friends just built a house behind us so we grilled out last night with them since they had been moving all day. My kids are excited to have friends by them. We are having an awkward age moment--My DS 12 and their DD 12 are very good friends--they have known each other since birth literally. Well he went down last down last night before dinner and went up to see her. None of us thought anything--Her parents were like that is cute -- Andrew is up in her room (the door is open)--but it hit all of us at dinner--how much longer will they be able to hang out her room--probably not much longer. They are both so innocent and he has no clue (thank GOD for now).

Fran and Jo,Congratulations on the new babies!!

Bee,good to "see" you pop in!!I miss you....

UM,Spongemommie, and Jeriber I love the story!!! You all look wonderful in the pics.:goodvibes

Punkin,it is great that you can fit so much better in the shorts. It is wonderful when you see the rewards from the hard work.:thumbsup2

Well,my house is empty and it is a perfect opportunity for me to work on the house.:scared: Talk more to ya'll later.

Oh yeah I thought I would let you know that I weighed this morning and 4 of the 6.5 lbs are gone. Now if I can just keep it gone until Friday. I want my ribbon back!!

I know exactly what you mean about the awkward age moment. My DS11 is keeping me on my toes right now.It is wonderful that your friends were able to move so close!

MHL- prayers for your sister! What a bummer situation! Seems like housing of all kinds are going up, yet the wages dont. Nice of you to offer for her to live with you again, but maybe as a last resort? If it comes to that, make sure there's rules understood so it wont be an unpleasant experience like last time. Does her current apartment have another bedroom she can clean out to have a compatible roommate?

You guys all look terrific! UM Wendy- you never fail to crack me up. ASll I can say is it is a good thing I was not drinking anything while reading your post. I am glad you finally recognized her!

SURPRISE! I was collecting addys for Aries! SHE ordered (and $$) all by herself those "Livestrong" bracelets in Lime Green that say "WWPD"? and something else. I didn't get one either/neither. YET! She actually re-ordered to cover the new kids! (not that your new) but some didn't get them (like me and you).

I am SO going to send her a treat or something cool to show my appreciation. Until then, I told her, I'm just wearing a stretched out THICK rubber band I wrote with a perm. marker...."WWPD" (the redneck version!)

That Aries is a ROCK STAR!!!

UM do you have a head count for me on how many more I wanna make sure before they ship me the next batch I order enough this time, I know that i def. needed 7 more but I know our group has gotten bigger. Let me Know ASAP!

i know this sounds horrid, but this is one reason why i'm not sure if i'd be a good mom. i would LOVE to have a baby, a toddler and a kid. but when they start getting to the adolescent and teenage years, i don't think i could handle it!!!!! i'm not very patient and i'm pretty sure i'd end up in jail at some point! does anyone know if there's a way to keep your kid until they're around 12 or 13, send them away and then get them back when they're like 20?

i hope you guys know i'm just kidding. sort of.
