Same weight as last week! Not really happy, but at least it's not a gain. And I'm still feeling good over the 4 from last week. But next week had better be a loss!!! Maybe I should exercise more, diet alone just doesn't seem to do it. Those sit ups hurt though! And honestly, it's been so long since I have seen my stomach look any other way, it might scare me. My stomach is definitly my weak spot. It's not like your legs, which can hang out for the world to see, my stomach has not seen the light of day in, I don't know, maybe a decade??? Honestly, since my first child (who is somehow 15 years old already?) I have not worn a 2 piece, and believe me, those jeans are pulled UP. Not for me the "low rise" pants. I shudder at the thought. Umm, and if i went in public with low riders and my stomach all exposed, I would not be the only one shuddering. Is that sad or TMI? Just being honest.
But, I do walk alot and do leg exercises. REALLY! .................................. HOPINGTOBEENGAGED It's hard to try to find the right words when you know someone is hurting. Everything sounds so cliche. BUT, really and truly, this to shall pass. If it was meant to be, it would be. And you may have had to get through this to really get to your next place in life, which I hope will be a happy, calm place. What worked for me in any sad, male, troubled times, (and I know people may not agree) was to NOT think of the good, but to really take a look at the worst times, you know just times when you were really unhappy, and say, I won't feel like that again. You will get through this, and come out better, and more experienced.

HAHAHA!!!! I can SO relate to the low rise jeans thing!
((Peeps-Do NOT drink anything till I'm done...you're warned))
Last year I was taking a pile of size 16 jeans into the changing room and discovered one of them was ultra-LOW. Like shave your hoo-hoo LOOOOOW. Like c-section(s) scar low- you get the picture, pretty as it is! I tried them on! First of all, they were in a size 16. That's some kind of red flag in 48 out of the 50 of these United States. Second. They made my bum look like a LOAF OF BREAD and not in a good way. Third, and worse of all, the muffin top!!!! I don't have a tummy "problem" (It's my bum and thighs) so these jeans were forcing me to have a muffin top! (Mmmm, muffins!). If I were to bend even 1 inch, I would have shown a plumber's CRACK. Heaven forbid I drop my pen or have to tie my shoe!
