Dragonfly cograts on the loss and I hope you continue to feel better.
So many things can make you fluctuate..don't give up..I am sure you will have a good week next week.I gained 2lbs!I know it's because I haven't been excercising for 2 weeks and good ole aunt flo is knocking on the door. So my mantra today will be that I won't give up and stuff my face to make me feel better!
You are a skinny minnie!!Um i am the same once again this week but i only went to the gym once this week i am gonna go everyday next . congrats to all those who are trying and those few slackers you can do it we all are gonna be skinnie minnie's
I had to take off my 15 pd ribbon and put my 10 back on (according to my calculations) i also updated my weight ticker from the weight i started (on this thread) so i would not get confused.

Maybe you need to eat more if your hungry..is your body in starvation mode?There has been alot of talk about that here.I am upping my protein too to see if it helps me.Have a skinny day!!No time to read now, I'm at work. Once again0 lbs. lost. That's 3 weeks in a row, so here's my plan of action. More protein, fewer carbs, more water. I can't eat fewer calories, because I'm very hungry as it is. I can't exercise more, because I'm pushing myself to the limit now. We'll see what protein and water (and a few heartfelt prayers) do for me.
Congrats to the losers, hang in there no gainers and gainers. It's a journey, and we're making steps in the right direction, even if the horizon hasn't changed in a while.
